Anyways, about me
Im 24, been lifting the past 6 years or so but the past 2 years i started cracking down on my diet/ lifting technique and dedication.
I am 5/11 195lbs right now, i started bulking in september.
I have never done a cycle, but am going to start one late december. bf unkown? 31 inch waist
