joined this forum as it was recommended by a friend.

Just looking for a few tips really. I have never used steroids before but I would like to do a few cycles this year.

I am very slim, height 5'11 and weigh 145llbs. I eat well and also have a protein shake a day since i have started working out (for the past 6 months)

First of all i am looking to put about 14 - 21 llbs on in muscle. What cycles would people recommend me to do - I have been told by a number of people sus and deca would be a good option. I dont really want to use a water retentive steroid either
