    Help me improve my 4-day workout?

    Hello, How should I combine all off my exercises ? I would need advice with adding right bodyparts together?

    Last but not least, I need help with rep ranges and sets because many bodyparts need different rep ranges to grow? Feel free to suggest what exercises I should add.

    Here is my weekly workout:

    Monday(Chest and calves)

    (I warm up with flyes or pecked)

    1. Normal bench/incline dumbell press( I keep changing those exercises every week) (5x4)

    2. Decline bench press (5x4)

    3.Flyes/peckdeck (8x4)

    4.seated calf raise/ standing calf raises (15x4)

    Tuesday(Back and tris)

    1. Deadlift(5x4)

    2. T-bar row/seated cable row (8x4)

    3.Machine pull ups (5x3)

    4.Shrugs (15x4)

    Thursday(Legs and forearms)

    1.wrist curls (10-15x3)

    2.hammer curls/reverse wrist curls (10-15x3)

    (warm up with leg extensions)

    3.Squats (5x4)

    4. Stiff legged deadlift (5x4)

    5. Leg extensions (8x4)

    6. lying leg curl (8x4)

    Friday(shoulders,biceps)

    1.Military press (8x4)

    2.rear delt raise (8x4)

    3.upright row (8x4)

    4.Barbell curl/preacher curl (8x4)

    5.overhead cable curl (8x4)

    I also work my abs once a week. I'm natty currently so don't advice me the most hardcore workout.
