I've been working out for several years now and after a lot of consideration I've decided to research steroids. I've been reading up on the different steroids available and there respective side effects and the need for a good PCT. I don't want to jump in at the deep end so I'm only looking for a simple cycle. I found the following one and would appreciate any feedback you may have.

Week 1 & 2 Dianabol 30mg a day
Week 3,4 & 5 Dianabol 40mg a day
Week 6 Dianabol 30mg a day

Weeks 3,4,5 & 6 10mg Nolvadex a day

Weeks 7 & 8 50mg Clomid a day

In conjunction with the above I'd be taking milk thistle to help de tox the liver.

The gains from the above cycle would determine my next step.

My stats at the moment are 6'3" 217 lbs and 19% Body Fat
