    Newbie here from new york city!!!!!!

    Hi World! I'm a NEWBIE here from New York City. I created this account along time ago but I was too busy to to interact. I use to be a certified personal fitness trainer. But I have stop training....
    Now I'm back here again! I havent worked out in about year now. But I'm looking to get back in the gym full force!!!!!
    Well I can't wait to search this whole entire forumn for info. This site is great. I did a small search so far and the info provided here is very helpful. I will be here more often now and continue my research. See you all!
