So I think I might be done with lifting permanently at almost 19 years old, last week i think injured left knee doing deadlifts which was the last limb I had left that wasn't injured. Its not an intense pain its dull and mild while walking but hurts and tightens up when I try to fully extend it I haven't told anyone lately that I've injured it nor do I think that I want to believe that its injured . I've had a slightly torn left pec tendon before which was fixed with rehab ,tendonitus through out my entire upper body, a torn meniscus and have lightly crooked knees. Most of said injuries have healed about 90% but theres still pain in those areas and now I have this another injury wtf I cant take it anymore I dont know whether to stop lifting permanently or go to another useless doctors whos gonna give me several mri's tell me theres nothing he can really do and then try to prescibe me FVCKING painkillers and shlt and then send me on my way. I already can't do to many excerises anymore anyways 70% of my workout has been on machines to help avoid pain or getting injured but I'd hate to say its time to hang it all up at 18 I just don't know anymore.
Any advice on what I should do would be helpful also sorry about the bad grammer and the wall of text im just not mentally all there lately.
