If a person on TRT was only sleeping 4-5 hours a night for that reason he would be at a great DISADVANTAGE. Sure, you may have more energy or sense of well being than you normally would when sleep deprived. But there is a lot more to sleep than just rebounding test levels. Someone please correct me if im wrong, but I don't think you would benefit but a small percentage from level serum test levels without proper sleep. Not only is sleep is extremely important for anabolic functions of building and maintaining muscle, it's critical for everything else in your body. And training hard usually raises test levels...
