I've been doing my research and still haven't came across anything i feel very for sure for about a stack with IGF-1 I'm certian that i want to go in the IGF-1 direction for the results it produces.

What other type of compounds should i be looking in the direction of?

I'm still dieting and now on a thermionic to increases my BF loss.


Right now-6'5 278 BF 17%

Really would like to be under 13% or something realistic for my body size.

Lost 20 lbs so far not too worried on weight just BF.
