When doing the Deload is it ok to just do 1 shot of test a week for the 2 weeks,
As in
Deload
Week 1- 250mg( 1 shot)
Week 2- 250mg (1shot)
Or
Week 1- 125mg twice a week
Week 2- 125mg twice a week
