we just got 1 of these in our gym, looks like pain. lol
ill probably just use the kick boxing bag and maybe the monkey bars
went out today and brought glovesbeen waiting for a boxing bag for the last 2 years, best piece of cardio equipment IMO. my favorite anyways
and theres a bunch of elastic bands and a couple really thick ropes (look like tug-o-war ropes) anyone know what to do with these??
also has like a mini trampoline...wtf..
