750mg test enanthe wk 1-12
600mg equipoise wk 1-12
229.5mg parabolan wk 4-10
20mg nolva ed 1-12

stats are
205lb
6ft
9% bf

supps- animal pak, glucosamine, fish oils, l-carnitine, creatine and whey protein, glutamine, hmb, bcaas.

diet daily - 300g-350g protein, 400g carbs, 90g fats

objective is to lean bulk to 220 lb
