History:
2010 I maxed out at 321 lbs and did three cycles of Clen.
Current Goal:
I signed up for Army so im training for PT. Main out come will be to past the PT with no problem ( push-up, running, sit-ups, pullups ) , during my process My goal with weight will be Max 205 lbs and body fat 17%.
Work-out Plan:
Im using an app on iphone called Gain Fittness and before each work out i am on tredmill for 35min 6 incline and at 3.2-3.8 speed.
Meal Plan:
1st meal- 6 egg whites 1 cup veggies
Pre workout- 4 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Post workout- 1 protein shake, 1/4 cup oats
Next meal- 6 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Next meal- 6 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Last meal- 6 oz chicken, 6-8 asparagus spears
Switch 1st n 4th meal on work out days
change all the chicken to fish and up the egg white to 4-6weeks
Only tilapia for fish. No tuna no cod no salmon. All tilapia. Leanest whitest fish.
