The blue are double strength and green are half strength
I was told to pick a date that aligned with coming close to finishing the pack, and that would be me target quit day.
I chose 5 days after I started which was end of double strength pills and I've not looked back since
I have a certificate off the nhs somewhere to say I'm a non smoker for insurance reasons
Best decision I made was to quit
