I am look for some help on a cycle 8 weeks out from a show I'm doing in September.

I ran a bulk cycle for 12 weeks. Day after my last pin, I began to diet. 2 weeks into diet I started pct. I have now been dieting for 4 weeks and have another 12 weeks to go. I am 2 weeks into my pct and have 3-4 weeks to go.

I have a professional, experienced prep coach that has guided me with my diet, training, posing, etc. The only issue, he is a natural and usually just preps natural competitors. He does not know much about aas so I am looking elsewhere for help.

Post Cycle weight: 247lbs. (4 weeks ago)

25yo / currently 228lbs (12 wks out) / 5' 10" / 11-14% bf

Cycle:
wk 1-4: dbol 50ed
wk 1-12: test e 300mg M/Th
wk 5-12: eq 250mg M/Th

*2 wk break*

Pct:
wk 1: novadex 40mg every day
wk 2-6: novadex 40mg eod & clomid 25mg eod (the reason I have done it like this is because I have capsules that I cannot split)

Diet:
Meal 1: 50g Whey w/ 1tbsp olive oil
1 cup spinach
2g fish oil
Animal Pak


Meal 2: 8oz chicken (uncooked measure)
3/4 cup white rice (cooked)
1 cup broccoli


Meal 3: 8oz chicken (uncooked measure)
3/4 cup white rice (cooked)
1 cup broccoli


Meal 4: 50g whey protein
1 cup oats (uncooked)

Meal 5: 50g whey protein
1 cup oats (uncooked)


Meal 6: 8oz lean steak (sirloin, etc.)
8oz asparagus
1oz almonds
6g fish oil
Animal Pak

Training:

x6 days per week - 1.5 hrs lifting - Sunday rest day - 2 days per wk cardio after lift


SO MY QUESTION TO EVERYONE IS, WHAT SHOULD I RUN 8 WEEKS OUT FROM COMPETITION? I REALLY DON'T WANT TO RUN A BUNCH OF COMPOUNDS. I HAVE ORAL WINNY, TEST E, EQ ON HAND. I CAN ALSO GET VAR IF THAT WOULD BE A GOOD OPTION.

I HAVE NEVER DONE A PRE-CONTEST CYCLE SO I DON'T HAVE THE SLIGHTEST CLUE WHERE TO START!

PLEASE HELP
