Hello guys, I am now 18 years old and i started working out when i was 17 years old. I am planning on competing in bodybuilding contests when i get a little older. I weigh around 70 KG, 1,74m tall and i have around 10% BF. I am only here to learn stuff from you wise guys and i am not planning to use steroids in a couple years.
