Hi guys I've been researching insulin for a long while now and I am very much on the brink of ordering some next week (humulin R) but wanted to make sure I've got it nailed so here is what I purpose to do, first time slin user
Day 1 5iu's post workout with bcaa shake then 30mins after a meal high in carbs protein and calories. With glucose tabs on hand if and when I need them.
Then I plan on adding 1iu each day till I reach 10iu's post workout so that should take 5 days. I don't plan on going over 10iu's and thinking of running it for 4 weeks and taking 4-5 weeks off.
