Ok, so lets start with the basics.

Im 5,8 feet
202 pounds
24 years
Bodyfat around 14-15%

And now to the nutrients:
on a daily basis i get:

2800 kcal
78g fats
280g carbs
245g protein (i think it might be too low)

And my workout routine is following:
Monday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
Tuesday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
Wensday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
Thursday - 350 kcal cardio (restday)
Friday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
Saturday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
Sunday - Squat / Bench / DL + 250 kcal cardio (FB powerlifting)

And as for the juice:

500 mg test EW
50 mg winstrol ED
and going to add 50 mcg T3 ed


I was thinking about changing the following:

Changing the cardio from 100 kcal ED to 150 Kcal

and changing my macros from:


2800 kcal ----> ???
78g fats ---> 78G
280g carbs ---> 175G
245g protein --> 300G


And mabey lowering the test to 250 mg EW
