    how often can i administer deca 400 mg

    Hi everyone I m Antonio 145 lb I ve been taking half cc twice weekly of 400 mg deca. I d love suggestions, should I take something else with it?? should I reduce/ increase?? I have not a complete idea on how to blend steroids. I know so far its been working well but I cant exceed 150 of weight. I d love to break that point and skyrocket in weight. I just don't wanna have to deal with kidney failure and shit.
