Do you think would it be possible to use AAS to improve flexibility by starting a cycle, and then throughout the cycle stretching your muscles very frequently as they grow? I remember when I was 15 and I was getting into martial arts, I used to have an alarm on my wristwatch to stretch 3 times a day.
I've already gotten myself into a routine of doing a 30-minute yoga at home every day, so I'll keep that up on my next cycle.
I hope to become a yoga teacher one day but I'm not nearly flexible enough. I get get into postures and maintain postures quite well..... but I mean a yoga teacher should probably be able to do the splits and stuff.
Any thoughts?
