Absolutely, and yes. Keto doesn't have its place in bodybuilding (my op). It does for overall weight loss and sometimes as an approach to use for a couple of weeks pre contest but apart from that... stick to your body's number one source of energy. Carbs. 200-300 calories over TDEE will be adequate for some strong lean gains.
