Hi

I'm a male 42y/o. Currently lifting 5 days a week for the last couple of years. I'm contemplating a light cycle to assist with the natural decline of test past 40. would a cycle like this be useful? can it be made better? what would be potential side effects? My goals are not pro or competition at all, I just need a cycle that helps show the hard work and consistency made in both Gym and Kitchen!

12 weeks:
Proviron 10 mg / day
Turinabol 30mg/day
Anavar 20mg
For the first 2 weeks
Then pushing the dose up with 10mg for anavar and Turin
