Just wanted to make a quick shout out to all of our female members..You ladies add a dynamic and perspective to the board that we have been in need of for quite some time..When I signed on tonight there were like 9 or 10 signed on the board..That is excellent and I hope to see your faces a consistent presence here at AR..For the ladies that have been here awhile, thanks for sticking it out..And for our newer female members, we are glad to have you and hope you learn and share in the wealth of information that makes this board TOP NOTCH!! I know I can speak for the Mods, Vets, members-Newbie to Senior, and Admin in saying welcome to AR..
