advantages and disadvantages of dbl cardio?

i was thinking about doing some dbl cardio on days that i dont lift weights so that would be 2 times a week wednesday and saturday. My first would odbviously be in the morning but when should i do the 2nd? should it be 3 hours after a meal later on in the day? What do i have to change about my diet on those days? ill make all the meals post 2nd cardio all pro/fat is this enough or should i change anything else. Should i eat any carbs at all on a dbl cardio day? My last concern is muscle mass would this harm muscle mass. My sessions currently are 45 mins.
    thanks

It should only be done for a 2 week max as it can hinder progress and start to compromise lean muscle tissue.

so i guess it would be better to wait for my last 2 weeks of cutting to do it then. Thanks daman1

listen to daman! but if you really have to do it, i would say make all your meals for that day pro/fat..and have at least 2 meals before your 2nd cardio..empty for the first obviously..keep that fat in there..and i think you'll be fine..

I was also thinking about doing dble cardio. I was going to do it first thing in the am and then at 3pm. But I can only do it days I work out. I work out at 6pm or 7pm. Should I not do dble cardio if I can only do it on w/o days? Is it even worth doing?

I would never do double cardio sessions before my weight training. That will hamper your gains big time.

Guess no double Cardio for me. Is it worth doing dble cardio one day a week? Will I see a difference from that one day?
