hey guys, sorry to but in your thread but I didn't think it warranted a new one.
But I just gone done cheating hardcore and I feel very very very guilty

I can go without cheating for weeks or even months, but just now I ate two HUGE bowls of ice cream, cinnamon toast crunch, fritos, and an ENTIRE BAG of peanuts. I have no idea what came over me hehe, usually when I cheat, it's somewhat healthy ala steak or eggs with the yolks in them or something, but this was flat all out cheating!!! I've cheated like 3 times like this this week, and I hadn't cheated in weeks and weeks and weeks before this
Someone please tell me this is healthy. Say something like, "oh your body needs the occasional excess amounts of saturated fats and ice cream every once in a while to give it something new". I mean it's good to cheat, but not this bad eh?
