    Cheat meal when bulking?

    do any of you have a cheat meal when your bulking clean? Im gonna start bulking soon i was wondering about this.

    when i bulk i do cheat days, when i diet i do cheat meals...

    but yeah you need to cheat to keep your sanity, and to keep you away from bindges

    Cheating just helps you follow your dieting goals. It doesn't really do much to boost metabolism IMO. I always cheat bulk or cut.

    you got that right! i had to take myself to in and out for an 8x2 today. mmmmmmmm

    i cheat when cutting or bulking as well, and im sure you will find most do.

    yeah regardless of your goals, cheat once a week to throw your metabolism off-guard! good luck beer

    Actually, read up on the thyroid, t4/t3 conversion, leptin levels, etc. They play a very key role in metabolism.
