Quick Research question.

Ok bro's I got a quick question (it may sound dumb but i need to clear this up). I have my gear and it came in 10ml bottles (i know that 1cc=1ml). Now I was doing research and it says that I need to take between 300mg-500mg a week. My question is what would 1 ml/cc be equal to ?

read the label, it will either say 200, 250, or something so 1 cc would be equal to whatever the mgs is, what do you have
