    Heavy ass barbell CHEAT curls and red meat built em. They are hardly unattainable.

    And yes.. swole probably has one of the best bodies on here. Me? I just train to be big and not "fat", as long as i can see my top two rows of abs when i flex em and i dont have a gut, im happy.

    I can't stay ripped, i love food far too much. It's a work vs reward thing.. to me, i dont need to be ripped. Although it is fun once in a while, i can never stay that way.

    well i started weightlifting at 6'1 weighing in at like 163...so if i had mass like you id be happy as hell...right now im goin for mass over that cut look...

    I started much smaller at 16 years old. I was a genetic ectomorph with great strength genetics.
