    Test and Lethargy

    Does anyone else get lethargic while on test? I have never been this lethargic before and it's bugging the hell out of me. I'm currently doing 750mg ICN's EW and 50mg BD anavar ED. I barely feel like going to the gym anymore. I've never felt this way on any other cycle. Blah!

    I need some empathy. I wanna be like him...

    Nah...I won't die.

    I know the lethargy is from my body recuperating...just a pain when you have a busy career. Maybe a little dbol will help my energy levels.

    Never. I'm tired all the time. I'm going to watch my hydration over the next few days and see if that could be the culprit.

    I just started a new job in the middle of my cycle, and while i did pretty good to stay dedicated, the amount of sleepiness made it difficult some times to get to the gym. I hear ya...hopefully someone has some good ideas of the cause for you

    I dont get unmotivated, but i do sleep alot more while on.

    yeah it happens to me also. even thogh my diet is in check and i get 8 hours i night i get lethargic also.

    Same here... i sleep 8 HRS every night but still get lethargic with test. One of the reasons that make me hate test. I find that if i was to take some ECA along with my cycle in small dossages, it helps me alot ... also a few extra cups of green tea in the morning might work for you as well.

    same thing happened to me about 5wks into my last run with test being the culprit- i believe... anyhow, i ended up missing a couple days of training because of it, so i lowered the intensity for about a wk and everything went back to normal...
    it was hell for me though- i had absolutly no motivation.......

    I have never tried myself, but does anyone have any experience w/green tea as a stimulant. This shredded monster at my gym has a physically strenuous job as an iron worker and he works and trains hard every time I see him. He swears by the tea.

    Hey bro......... I feel the SAME thing. I am ALWAYS tired. Sometimes like you I dont even wanna lift, but I make myself ya know. I think what has helped me is to take little naps during the day, then it wakes me up and I am ok. It sux I know bro, but it does get better

    I get lethargic from test. Usually a stacker will pull me out of it. Then of course you get lethargic when you come down off the stacker.

    I get tired in the afternoon. I have to take a pre-workout nap just to get up the energy when I am on cycle.
