How long can you run t 4 for?

If you dont know allready, you really want to take T3. T4 has to be converted into T3 in your body to be effective.

If i don't know how long t4 should be ran I should run t3? Yeah, ok.

Btw, I ran t3 three times already I just thought you could use it longer since its not straight t3, and not all of it is converted.

It is less effective, but not ineffective. The problem is you never know how much of it is converted into t3...

from my research you can run it for 20 days straight, i did on my last run with no problems.
