After reading the Clenbuterol handbook in the educational forum I have taken in quite a bit of info on "clen". Right now I am up to 200 mcg's a day of clen. I was wondering what the most or safest dosage would be to take of clen? My goal is to lose maybe 5 - 10 lbs of fat while maintaining muscle mass. How many mcg's a day would be good to do this?
