    My teeth are perfect so I thought I'd provide a picture.

    I'm confused? Is that a joke or do you think I modified them? I can promise you that I didnt modify them, I just dont smoke or drink colored liquids like pop, tea, ect...

    Plus I have dark skin so it kinda makes them look whiter.

    I've been looking into the Crest White Strips myself... with LMO being so far away, I think I'll have to seek whitening elsewhere lol...

    umm.... I wont lie, yes... but its not bad at all. I used the ones called premium, you use them twice a day for 7 days.... during that 7 days I cant drink anything thats really cold, but its only 7 days. The results are well worth it.     Def. not! The reason I think that they get sensitive is becuase when you put the strip on your teeth, sometimes it overlaps on to your gum line. If you line it up perfect at the top of your tooth and keep it off your gums you probably wont even have any sensitivity at all.

    Actually diet coke probably doesn't stain teeth that much. It contains phosphoric acid the main ingredient in ospho, which is used to disolve rust and remove stains from painted surfaces, particularly on ships or boats.

    Myself, I use the gel stuff with the mouth trays that look like boxer's mouth guards. After the first few uses, it doesn't irritate at all. Oh, don't brush your teeth prior to use... it will make the guns more sensitive. Brush after using it.
