back (not sure, but it was my biggest improvement)
I POUNDED calves and they didnt want to grow..i will NOT give up on them!
The last pic is of me back in January of this year. I wanted to show you guys this pic to prove to you that i am a hard working athlete and i gained a lot of muscle before i started my cycle! I went from 140 lbs (that last back pic) to 165 (when i started juice) to 182 (after cycle) making it a total of a 42 lb gain this year![]()
