    IM injection method for IGF-1

    how do you best do IM shots with IGF-1, i am assuming you still need to use a slin needle, but how and what size etc.....

    Yes, use a regular slin needle. I do it immediately PWO IM into the muscle group that I worked.

    IMO I wouldn't use anything shorter than 1/2 needle.......27, 29, 30 gauges are all OK.

    I use the same 29Gs slin pins they are sweet!

    Use the "long" pins...1/2."

    The diameter does not matter, as it will flow through any of them. Inject immediately after working out, into the muscle you just worked (bilaterally). Then down your protein shake with your dextrose in it.

    I inject it in my quads, doesn't matter what muscle group I've worked, it's not going to stay there any way, not like rIGF-1 would.

    is a half inch pin into the quads IM? I think my BF is too high for that to be IM... it might be right between my fat and muscle though... ill find out... if you do it Sub Q will it be wasted?

    Just shoot in your bis, tris or delts... or even the teardrop on your quads... whatever is the leanest part of your body is probally the best.
