Well guys, Ive been off a cycle for nearly 14 months now and I was out of the gym for nearly 6months. In the past 7 months Ive been training naturally and Ive gained 28lbs all by myself!! I just wanted to let some of the newbies know that AAS are not always the only way to go. Yes, aas makes muscle come faster and easier but I just put on 28lbs of mass naturally. Thats not easy to do considering you know what is possible when you've been on a cycle. Im now 6' and I weigh 208lbs. Im hoping my next cycle (see sig) will put me around 230lbs. Consider what I have just told you newbies....it is possible to get a good base before jumping into the easier solution!!! (This is basically me just venting and patting myself on the back)![]()
