I'm 19 years old and will be 20 at the end of April. I am 6'1" and about 275 pounds. I am very muscular, not even that fat at all, and most of my softness is from the creatine I started recently. My question is this, if I want cut, but maintain my muscle, should I still consume a large amount of carbs right after I work out or should I just use whey protein?
