Oh and depending on where its transmitting from, and how close and enclosed a residential area you are in then some people can flick through their TV channels and pick it up on there lol!

Havent used this for nearly a year odd now. I was just looking through some old stuff and found it, its a hell of a piece of kit. Cost about £700 in its day, had some great fun with it.

Nice, the main reason i stopped using that transmitter is coz it was very easy for the DTI to track me using it! We now use a link system, its still done on FM but the FM transmitter is on another unmanned site, there is a horn link system in place that transmits at 2.4ghz from the studio to the transmitter site, so, if we are ever caught, if they ever track the transmitter it will lead them to the unmanned site, not us!

Im going to a cruise this weekend with some friends of mine (probably around 200 cars are gonna be there in total). Im bringing the transmitter with me so they'll be a "cruise radio" so everyone can keep an eye on instructions and directions, police reports etc. Wont need to put anything on the roof of the car, if i put the aerial in the boot it'll be enough to cover about half a mile radius which is fine for a cruise

lol i'll put as many stickers as i can on there bro, as long as they add bhp. i heard that putting a racing stripe down the centre adds a good 15bhp. deffo gonna do that one.


yea its a massive cruise that happens every few months, good fun. we usualy bring the transmitter, hook up a mp3 player or something and a mic, and everyone tunes in, its a good way to make sure everyone knows where we're going etc
