All started when I got banned here. I already a problem with my right arm so I couldn't hit the gym. Then I couldn't post here. So I hit the gym on Friday, my trainers makes me work legs... He makes me try that new "Workout" he built. Bad idea:
8 x 8 incline leg press (30 seconds rest between sets)
dropsets on leg extension
dropsets on leg curl
By the end of the leg press marathon, my quads were so full of blood, stretch marks were all over my legsI puked straight up after that work out. Had soreness in my legs until yesterday. I had problems walking.
I became sick on sunday... Some kind of virus (gastro I guess) made me unable to eat 3 days. As soon as I ate I was in pain, I couldn't stomach anything... Watched the pound drops. Lost 8 pounds (Probably mostly water).
Anyway, I looked like a f*cking walking corpse yesterday. Everything is starting to go back to normal but this s*cked real bad.
