Well looks like I am finally making the plunge into the Real Estate game. I start school next week. Then I will be taking my state exam in around a month. Looks like things are FINALLY falling into place for me. Im really excited and nervous about it all.

Good for you Bro! I've been in RE since I was a kid (19) and can't think of anything else I would rather do. Here is a tip:
Money in RE is made in niche markets or by understanding and utilizing creative financing to get those folks that nobody else can get in. Sounds like what MJ's brother in law is doing.
