I dont want to sound wrong here, but I do have to make this comment, There is no way your arms are 16 inches, and no way you are pushing 380 pounds. I am sorry for sounding like a dick, but dont come here and lie about what you can do to try to impress us.and one last thing 5'11" and 145 pounds is skinny no matter how you cut it, when I first started lifting I was 145 and 5'9, and it looked like I was crack head skinny![]()
