to frontload or not to frontload

what do u guys prefer??? if i am gonna do 500 a week of omna and 400 a week of eq do i need to frontload.....its been a year since i have taken gear...if so hom much and for how long??

Dont bother, especially since the omna's have prop in it.

I have frontedloaded a few times but don't really prefer it...Use an oral if you want a good kick start

Im a Prop kind of guy, skechy about orals, only oral ill take is winny. But like BDTR said no need to frontload with Omna's.
