No I'm being totally serious I think its a bit exaggerated. The pic after 6 injects just looks to be too much to be believeable. Seriously I have used the same pin for days/weeks when drawing and it doesnt even so much as remotely look like that. I wouldnt think there is a huge difference between drawing multiple vials and injecting. Oh well like I said its a great idea to change pins regardless.
