NOSE bleeding, what is going on

my nose has started bleeding the last 2 nights....
i am not juicin but am takin a few supps

lipo 6
niacin
arginine
green tea
multi-v
cla

and the regular whey,flax, and dex

could these be causing the bleeding>>>>

not sure if you have what i had or not, but i used to get nosebleeds every single day, usually in the shower or just when i got out of the shower. I went to he doctor and they told me its common, i had alot of blood vessels very close to the surface. They did this real simple thing (burned them off, sounds worse than it is, and i forget the actualy name). it took 10 minutes, and i havent gotten a nosebled since.

yea thats for d@mn sure.. i get nose bleeds every now and then, but never 2 days in a row

when you are off supps do you still get the nose bleeds?
when did they start occurring?

yea they dont occur but like once or twice a year, but 2 nights in a row makes me worried. been taking these supps for about 3 weeks except the green tea which i added on saturday... but i dont see how green tea could make my nose bleed.

hmmm, i would say keep truckin but if it persists take away the green tea and see if it stops.. if you're worried about it being serious i would go to the doctor.

i get nose bleeds every now and then. it shuts off by itself in about a min or two
