    Mixing BW with MR Long R3IGF-I

    Can i mix it with BW?

    yes i am doing it to make it easier to measure... So i should use BA then...

    yeah... 1 more ML will actually help... and make sure you are using the .5cc or .3cc syringes, makes it MUCH easier to measure...

    Its suspended with AA!!! do not mix it with BA!!!!

    I just read that other thread....

    so make some AA and add it.. but I bet you can use some BW....

    Yes, do not add bw to it. You can have it in the syringe together, but you do not want the bw sitting with igf1 for a long period of time. putting them in the syringe is alright, just not in the bottle together.

    What i do is i draw the igf1 into the syringe before i leave for the gym and bring the BW with me once i am finished my workout i add the BW to increase the volume. But you do not want to store it in BW.
