OMG DOOD heavy bag is most uber intense cardio i do 1min drills where u hit for 1 min 30sec rest.. and i swear (means im not Lie'n) i got my HR up to about 230 for a brief period... it was beating so hard i didnt even need to touch my wrist/neck (had gloves on anyways) but i could feel the beats in my body...

im pretty fargin good too man don't sleep. during my stoner days we used to play that ish all day at lunch during school, if we even went to class. half the time we would honestly skip school and end up "hackin it up" as we acll it
but Iwill admit im not that great at the stalls, but when it comes to war I got a BOOOOOT boy believe me i've been known to break windows and I have extremely good accuracy. I havent played hacky in like a good year to be honest.

Stair climber does it for me........45 min and I need a new pair of legs.
i do the elliptical for 45- 1hr at 75-80BPM HR. No strain on joints, back , shins knees etc...
doesnt Stair Master make u burn heart rate too much muscle high?

And the answer is NO as long as you keep your HR in check. I switch it up and do the SM sometimes, no HR issues, but I know that if i was in shi**y cardiovascular condition my heart rate would go through the roof.
