Whos dumb idea was this? Today was my last leg day before my 9 day spring break (which I will take a rest from lifting but continue to perform cardio) and I decided, hey...what the hell why not right? So I perform 5 sets of squats, 8-12 reps heavy....I blow through em and OH MY GOD, I could taste the vomit whenever I came back into the upright position, so anyway the whole walk back to my dorm Im feeling my stomache wage a war against itself but decide that I have to down my shake....bad idea, after my first sip I literally puke all over my shaker bottle and hand while these two hot females were sun bathing on the lawn 10 feet away from me.....oh well, live and learn.
