Finished up 4 weeks now. I am up 7 lbs with moderate strength gains. I have more density and muscle hardness and have leaned up some.
I am 2 weeks away from starting winny. I was going to do the usually 50 mgs ed. I am strongly considering a pyrimid such as this:
Wk 7 50 mgs ed
Wk 8 75 mgs e
Wk 9 100 mgs ed
Wk 10 100 mgs ed
Wk 11 75 mgs ed
Wk 12 50 mgs ed
Has anyone tried a set up such as this and how did you like it?
