Alright, so about a month ago i started feeling numbness in my right hand, i was taking 6 ius. so i dropped down to 3 and the numbness is all gone and i want to bump it back up again. what do you think would be a good number to bump it up to so i dont get that side again. because i would eventually like to get it back up to 6ius again.

i would goto 4 iu's for 2 weeks.... then try 5iu's..... if that felt good i'd stay on it for a few weeks.... then bump to 6.....Originally Posted by 31uniform

make it a gradual increase.....
