it's what shady, fast talking salesmen used to sell in the old days as a cure for everything. in the movies they would set up on the street corner with a big bottle of junk and claimed it cured baldness, headaches, acne, gout, and whatever else. OTC HGH is the same BS but they're smarter with the selling methods.
