Today at the gym I saw this guy curling 10 pound dumbells standing up swaying back and forth like a deranged drunken grandmah on a rockingchair...
Lol, I can't belive this dude swaying back and forth sooooo hard with 10 pounders in each hand and I was like... Is he making repping noises or what?? Because that noise sounds a little wierd not the normal TShh that you let out after completeing a rep but some strange noise and he had this serious look on his face... Luckily I saved him some embarsement and showed him what he was doing wrong and not to sway back and forth and if he does he should lower the weight...
You guys got people like this at your gym??? I have too many...
