I find the difference is the sugar. Natural will have 0mg to 1mg of sugar where the others will have a lot. Also the taste.... with natural it took a bit for me to get a taste for it but now it's all I can eat. The other peanut butter is wat too sweet.
Unnatty is processed and has added trans fats to it to keep the fat and protein from seperating. It is such a low amount of trans fat that they can list 0% trans fat on the label according to upcoming FDA standards, but it is in there.
on the jar of PB im finishin off right now, its the Kraft smooth...and its got like i think 2mg of sugar...doesnt list any trans...so it cant be the worst thing for u can it?...maybe in excess can it?...like i might have 3-6 tablespoons per day of the Smooth...any opinions? Since i started the cutting stickin about 3 weeks ago...ive noticed huge improvements....so it cant be hindering me that much can it?
There is transfat. It is miniscule enough to not be required to list it, but the reason it doesnt seperate like natural peanut butter is the transfat.Originally Posted by ya_man
Lozgod hit the nail on the head...dont fool yourself trying to justify that Kraft label...go natty.
so if theres ANY amount of transfat at all, all the protien coming from the peanut butter will not be seperated?Originally Posted by Lozgod
